Senior Transport Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Senior Transport Business Development Manager, who will be responsible for the development of transport sales in Poland.
- Develop local/sub-regional sales strategy and contribute to the wider sales strategy.
- Scan the market, apply market intelligence, identify and contact prospective customers, and build relationships to generate future sales.
- Identify and negotiate new business opportunities.
- Participate in customer meetings and present solutions demonstrating clear business value.
- Engage in negotiations and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and service management to create the best solutions.
- Prepare responses to client inquiries and draft contracts.
- Recommend optimal business solutions and integrate contract requirements with business operations.
- Education in Business, Logistics, or equivalent.
- Min. 4 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in Logistics - 4PL Transport (advantage).
- Experience with consultative sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both Polish and English), spoken and written.
- Fluent English (negotiation with large international clients).
- Experience working with international clients and dealing with customers at a senior level.
- General knowledge of logistic processes and ability to analyze and improve existing processes.
- Driving license (Category B).
